Lavazza Supervisor - Applegreen M4 Enfield Eastbound

Responsibilities

• Support the Lavazza Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
• Supervise and support baristas in preparing and serving Lavazza coffee beverages.
• Motivate the team by challenging the staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
• Ensure that the store is operating in line with Lavazza standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience of 1 2 years in a similar role.
• Have a can do attitude with strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers.
• Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
