To meet the needs of one of our clients, a hospital center located in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for linen agents (M/F).Linen Agent (M/F)Your mission:- Ensure the optimized management of medical stocks, consumables, and supplies by floor.- Supply care services and ensure the continuous availability of the essentials for hospital activity.- Conduct inventories, monitor stock levels, and perform restocks using dedicated tools.- Guarantee the organization and cleanliness of storage areas according to current standards.- Apply and enforce internal procedures for stock management and traceability.- Train and support new staff in storage methods and logistics procedures.- Work flexible hours (day, evening, night, weekends, and public holidays) in a hospital environment.Required skills:- Management of multi-site or floor-based stocks.- Supply and logistics in a constrained environment (hospital, medical).- Proficiency in stock management tools (ERP) and mastery of Excel.- Ability to organize, prioritize, and anticipate the needs of the services.- Strict adherence to procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.- Ability to communicate effectively and support new colleagues.Profile:- Ideally hold a CFC in logistics or an equivalent in logistics/management.- Experience in hospital logistics or a similar position is significant.- Comfortable with digital tools and environments.- An organized, autonomous, reliable person with a good team spirit and customer service mindset, with a real understanding of the challenges in the hospital environment.- Flexible hours and ability to work in an active environment.If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge that offers great prospects, send us your application as soon as possible!Note: If you do not receive a response from us within 15 days, please consider that we have not retained your application. jidfa49d80aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
