Latvian-Speaking Content Moderator

• Language Requirements: Latvian (C2) & English (B2+)
• Relocation Support: Available for Candidates with Work-Permit

• Review videos, images, text, audio, comments, and user-generated content
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and community guidelines
• Identify and remove content that violates standards
• Process appeals and moderation requests accurately
• Apply content classifications and labeling procedures
• Document moderation decisions and recurring trends
• Collaborate with policy, compliance, and legal teams when necessary
• Stay informed about policy updates and platform changes

• Fluent Latvian language skills (C2)
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable working within structured guidelines and procedures
• Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills
• Professional approach when reviewing sensitive content
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, trust & safety, or social media environments is considered an advantage
