Director of Sales - Latin America

Up to $250,000 + Bonus

Ideal location: Houston or Panama but open to anywhere across Latin and North America for the right candidate.

Latin American Sales Director / VP of Sales / Head of Sales - Latin America to join a global leader in engineering and technology.

The Latin American Sales Director / LATAM Sales Director/ VP of Sales / Head of Sales - Latin America will lead and motivate the senior sales team spread across Latin America. We are looking for a proven success leading multinational sales teams and delivering consistent revenue growth, this role requires deep industry knowledge, fluency in Spanish and English, and a strategic mindset with a hands on approach. Ideal location: Houston or Panama.

Industry: Engine applications in Latin America including utility, IPP and microgrid environments.

Package & Location

$200,000 - $250,000

Bonus

Flexible location: ideally based in Houston or Panama

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team across LATAM.
  • Build and execute a regional sales strategy tailored to utility, IPP, and microgrid markets.
  • Hit targets for order intake, revenue, profit, and overall growth.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, EPCs, consultants, and government decision makers.
  • Improve sales processes and drive better collaboration across the business.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to support future product needs.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience in power generation or engine-based solutions.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or similar.
  • Proven success leading multinational sales teams.
  • Well-connected across the LATAM energy market.
  • Comfortable working with engineers, EPC partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Works well in fast paced environments and manages priorities effectively.
