Based in London, the Lateral Partner Recruiting Assistant will provide firm wide support for the lateral partner recruitment process, as well as assist with various programs and functions related to lateral partner hiring. This role reports to the Chief of Lateral Partner Recruitment & Integration and International Recruiting Director.

Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the lateral partner team.
  • Maintaining the applicant tracking process, including data entry and data management.
  • Preparing interview schedules: sending calendar invites, preparing meeting details, and making information packets.
  • Soliciting and tracking interview comments.
  • Reserving conference rooms and arranging for refreshments, making external lunch or dinner reservations for meetings and liaising with Reception.
  • Maintaining candidate files.
  • Maintaining search firm agreement files.
  • Assisting in preparing meeting materials and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assisting with market research.
  • Communicating as needed with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
  • Performing other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interface with all levels of staff and management.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
Experience
  • University degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in professional services.
  • Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
