Late-Night Bartender (Mezcal & Guest Experience)

Om in City of London is seeking experienced staff to join our bar team for Friday and Saturday night shifts from around 8pm to 5am, with occasional Sundays and Thursdays. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences within a busy late-night venue.

You will welcome guests, explain house rules, craft cocktails, support the General Manager, and maintain smooth opening/closing procedures while staying calm under pressure.
