Who Are We Looking For?

The ideal applicant is experienced in PC support, hardware and network support, has strong customer relationship & communications skills and is willing and able to travel regular throughout Europe and beyond. Qualifications are not essential but an ability to learn quickly is imperative.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in PC hardware and setup including networking and cabling

• Have excellent customer relationship and communication skills

• Proficient in speaking and writing German and English

• Have proficient technical document writing skills

• Have a current Driver's license and passport, or be willing to get passport

• Be willing and able to travel regularly and at short notice

Employment:

Full time position, approximately 40 hours a week. Travel and off-site work is a requirement and during this time extra hours will be required and billed at standard rate. You will be required to carry and answer a mobile support phone and occasional after hours support work will be required.

Salary:

This will be agreed in line with qualifications and industry standard.

Wen suchen wir?

Die ideale Kandidatin bzw. der ideale Kandidat verfügt über Erfahrung im PC-, Hardware- und Netzwerk-Support, bringt starke Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit und ist bereit, regelmäßig innerhalb Europas (und darüber hinaus) zu reisen.

Formale Qualifikationen sind nicht zwingend erforderlich - wichtig ist vor allem die Bereitschaft, schnell zu lernen.

Erforderliche Qualifikationen:

• Erfahrung mit PC-Hardware, Netzwerktechnik und Verkabelung
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Fähigkeit zur Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen
• Gültiger Führerschein und Reisepass (oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu beantragen)
• Reisebereitschaft - auch kurzfristig und regelmäßig

Anstellung:

Vollzeitstelle (ca. 40 Stunden pro Woche).

Reise- und Vor-Ort-Einsätze sind Teil des Jobs. In diesen Zeiten können zusätzliche Stunden anfallen, die zum regulären Stundensatz vergütet werden.

Die Bereitschaft, ein Support-Handy zu betreuen und gelegentlich auch außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten Support zu leisten, wird vorausgesetzt.

Gehalt:

Die Vergütung erfolgt nach Qualifikation und branchenüblichen Standards und wird im Rahmen des Bewerbungsprozesses individuell vereinbart.
