Large Projects Manager

Responsible for the planning and delivery of large, complex projects. The role ensures that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to client expectations while protecting and enhancing margin. The role focuses on structured project delivery, stakeholder management and commercial control across longer-duration, higher-value contracts.

Project Delivery
Lead the delivery of major projects from handover to completion.
Develop and manage detailed project programmes.

Commercial Management
Monitor cost vs budget and manage financial performance.
Manage variations, change control and client valuations.

Client & Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with clients, main contractors and stakeholders.
Ensure clear communication and expectation management.

Leadership & Coordination
Lead project teams including engineers and subcontractors.
Coordinate across procurement, technical and commercial teams.

Risk & Compliance
Identify and manage project risks.
Ensure compliance with H&S and regulatory requirements.
