Large Format Printer

Job Description

This position requires a reliable individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Please note that this is not a remote position. The receptionist will be expected to work on-site at our office location in London.

MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WITH LARGE FORMAT PRINTING

Requirements:

• Pre-press and Large/Small format experience
• Experience managing a large format department
• Retouching and color correction experience
• Experience with Dye Sublimation Printing
• Proficiency with programs: Onyx Thrive, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat
• Ability to preflight client files, make corrections, and advise on file requirements
• Daily maintenance and cleaning of printers
• Stock control
• Ability to print onto various substrates using flatbed printers
• Weeding vinyl and applying application tape
• Mounting and sealing prints, boards, and vinyl
• Up-to-date training provided for this position

• Canon 460 Arizona flatbed
• Two Canon Colorado roll-to-roll printers
• Mimaki UVJ556 - 320 grand format roll-to-roll
• Summa D160 vinyl cutter
• Zund G3 cutter
• Easy Mount mounter
