Large Format Manager - Wiltshire - £Above Average Salary

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join a litho and digital printing company with a reputation for quality and service. The role involves working across a busy, long-established printing environment with a variety of tasks. You will ensure all jobs and projects despatch on time with accuracy and in line with SLAs. This position suits a hard-working, flexible, and committed professional who can contribute to the company's ongoing success.

• Ensure all orders are despatched on time, in full, and to the correct specification and quality
• Ensure each staff member works as efficiently as possible
• Suggest and implement preventative measures to stop recurrence of any reported issues
• Set up and run large format printers
• Process artwork through RIP for printing
• General upkeep and maintenance of machines
• Be flexible to despatch all orders on time; where necessary, work overtime to complete outstanding work at the end of the day
• Brief and communicate information when receiving or passing jobs to finishing

• Familiar with RIP software
• Experience using large format printers
• Experience using large finishing equipment
• Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to assist other team members
• Digital textile printing and dye-sub printing experience is a plus
