Languages & Adult Learning Programme Lead

Leicestershire County Council is seeking an experienced Adult Learning Programme Manager to lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of high-quality adult learning provision within the Languages service across the county.

You will oversee Modern Foreign Languages and British Sign Language teams, shaping curricula, learner engagement and quality assurance while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective use of funding opportunities.
