Landscape Maintenance Operative
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Gardener/Maintenance Operative to join our clients award-winning company on a temp-to-perm basis. They have been responsible for numerous very high-profile projects across the country for many years and are currently expanding their maintenance arm, leading to an increasing number of high-profile contracts. They are now seeking a horticulturally experienced Landscape Maintenance Gardener to assist with works across Cambridgeshire initially but there may be a need to travel London.
Main Responsibilities:
We are seeking an individual who is hard-working, knowledgeable, punctual and willing to learn. Candidates will have the ability to work as part of a team or individually under their own initiative.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintenance Gardening
- Lawn Maintenance
- Pruning
- Weeding
- Watering
- Planting
- Mulching
- Ad- hoc planting as required.
- An understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
Key Skills:
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, having the ability to work under their own initiative while taking pride in their work and completing tasks to a high standard throughout all tasks on the large site. An understanding of Health and Safety regulations is essential. A PA1/PA6 spraying certificate would be desirable, however not essential.
Working Hours are 7:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday.
