Landscape Gardener 100% (Climbing Arborist) For its Environmental Service, the Municipality of Mont-sur-Lausanne is announcing a position for: Landscape Gardener 100% (Climbing Arborist)Objective of the position: Actively contribute to the management, maintenance, and sustainable development of community trees and green spaces, with a respectful approach to biodiversity. Collaborate closely with the team leader by providing support and proposals. Tasks: - Carry out pruning and trimming work on large trees, including climbing and specialized techniques;- Ensure the maintenance of trees, shrubs, and hedges in compliance with professional standards and safety requirements;- Independently maintain herbaceous plants (parks, sports fields, community buildings);- Perform maintenance on indigenous trees and shrubs;- Participate in the inventory and monitoring of trees;- Design and maintain flowerbeds and spaces favorable to biodiversity;- Ensure the control of invasive neophytes;- Participate in urban maintenance work, maintenance of community areas;- Contribute to winter services (snow removal, salting, snow stakes);- Participate in training apprentices.
