Land Director - Central London - c£100,000 - £130,000 + profit share + share options

A vibrant Developer with significant funding is seeking a Head of Land/ Land Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will acquire sites in commuter areas to build out a good quality product.

The sites will be located in outer zones of London, all Home Counties, and further out commuter areas, delivering 4-40 units of decent quality product ranging in price up to approximately £1.5m.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring these types of sites around the M25 and beyond, with a number of contacts and a proactive approach to finding deals. They will be aware of immediate acquisitions and long-term deals up to 7 years and be able to produce site opportunities that fit with the developer's ethos.

In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary (c£100,000 - £130,000) plus profit-related bonus and share options in the company, with potential earnings significantly north of £400k depending on results.
