Land Consultant - St Albans AL4

Our client is looking for an additional team member for their expanding Land & New Homes team. They seek a Land Consultant eager to gain experience and grow their career within Land & New Homes. You will need confidence when dealing with developers and will work to achieve new land developments and opportunities. Understanding the company's values is essential to develop and maintain the department, working on marketing aspects, planning applications, and supporting sales progression as part of the team.

The Role:

1. Keeping a record and log of sites under our control.
2. Progressing sales.
3. Managing approaches to landowners and property professionals.
4. Writing and sending targeted letters.
5. Conducting market research to assist with development appraisals.
6. Supporting the Land Manager in creating good and lasting relationships with landowners, developers, local authorities, and consultants.

About you:

1. Ability to sell and identify business opportunities.
2. Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
3. Manage time effectively and work to deadlines.
4. Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. High standards of service.
6. Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
7. Team player.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Target-driven.
10. Own vehicle required.

Salary:

£25,000 - £26,000 OTE £35,000

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm, with some Saturdays required.
