Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 plus package

Location: London

A very well respected developer based in the City is looking for a Land Manager to join their busy development team.

This developer already has a good reputation developing and constructing a number of recognizable iconic apartment schemes in London.

Whilst they have a number of developments on the go they need further acquisitions to add to their portfolio of schemes and to run through the front end planning and development processes.

This is a unique opportunity to join a small but successful team, allowing the successful person to develop skills across all aspects of the land acquisition and development process and to move quickly to a Senior Land & Development Manager role based on successful acquisitions and planning applications.

Responsibilities include:

• Acquiring major London schemes, either as part of a larger team or within a smaller investment and acquisition team.
• Managing front end planning and development processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience acquiring major schemes in London.
• Strong understanding of planning and development processes.
