Lamb Boning Hall Team Lead - Production & Quality

Dawn Meats Group is seeking a Boning Hall Line Lead at our Kildare primary production plant. The role involves providing leadership, direction and support to General Operatives within the team to ensure efficient operations and product quality.

You will oversee the boning hall activities, supervise production lines, and ensure output aligns with customer specifications while maintaining hygiene, safety, quality, quantity and cost standards.
