£14.17 per hour. Paid fortnightly. Full Time, Permanent.

Location: Skelmersdale, WN8 9TW.

Role Summary

We are recruiting a reliable and hardworking Labourer Driver to join our operations team in Skelmersdale. The role involves general labouring duties and driving responsibilities and requires a strong commitment to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare construction sites by clearing, tidying, and setting up work areas.
  • Load, unload, move, and transport materials and equipment.
  • Assist skilled tradespeople by providing tools, handling materials, and supporting tasks as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and site rules at all times.
  • Carry out manual handling tasks safely and responsibly.
  • Support the smooth day to day operation of sites as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Full UK driving licence, clean, held for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Manual Handling training or willingness to complete.
  • At least 1 year's experience in a general labouring or construction environment.
  • Strong health and safety awareness.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious attitude.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of construction materials and tools.
  • Previous experience working with skilled trades.
