Labourer

Hands-on Labourer role in a busy timber production team, working with hand tools and machinery to build bespoke components. No experience with nail guns? No problem, you'll pick it up fast.

About the role:

We're recruiting a Labourer for a well-established timber manufacturing business in Buckingham, producing high-quality bespoke timber products. You'll join a skilled, fast-paced production team in a busy workshop environment.

What you'll do:

• Operate timber machinery safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, and assemble timber components accurately
• Use hand tools including nail guns and other assembly tools
• Carry out basic maintenance checks on equipment
• Keep your work area clean, tidy, and safe
• Support general production and workshop tasks

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience using hand tools, including nail guns
• A strong work ethic and good attention to detail
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to learn new skills on the job

What's on offer:

• £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.21 with a £0.50 production bonus for a full week worked
• Stable, full-time Monday to Friday hours
• Temp to perm opportunity
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 5pm, Friday 7.30am to 11.30am
