Labourer

Salary: £28,039.00 - £28,500.00 Per year

We are currently recruiting for a Labourer to join our Property Team in our Southampton locality. You will be completing works inside and outside our properties and communities, with a passion for working outdoors in all weather.

• Provide quality basic repair and maintenance works.
• Perform all aspects of internal and external cleaning, including guttering.
• Provide 2nd person support (foot of ladder, lifting and carrying, etc.).
• Deliver and collect various materials.
• Damp and mould washing.

• Demonstrable experience in labouring skills.
• Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of best practices.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year driving experience and ability to drive a company van.
• Subject to a satisfactory licence check and essential qualifications check.
