We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction tasks and the ability to work collaboratively on site. This role requires hands on experience with tools and equipment, as well as a solid understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.

• Assist in various construction projects, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
• Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks.
• Engage in hardscape projects, including tile laying and flooring installation.
• Support the installation of cabinets, doors, and glass fixtures.
• Execute plastering, stucco application, caulking, and trim carpentry as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high quality standards.
• Conduct inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Proven experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software for project management is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction management practices and estimating techniques is beneficial.
• Experience in heavy equipment operation is an advantage.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of construction site protocols.
• Proficiency in various trades such as welding, roofing, fabricating, and restoration work is highly desirable.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
