The Labourer role:- Working alongside our qualified trade operatives, you will assist in repairs, most commonly exterior works such as groundworks and roofing repairs
- Learning from our operatives, you will have the opportunity to develop your skillset and in time progress into a fully pledged trade role
- The ability to successfully use initiative and work to complete job targets, considering health and safety and a quality finish.
- Yours, the team and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and the relevant documentation is completed at all stages.
- Previous experience working as a Labourer or General Operative in a similar trade-based environment.
- The ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of customer-based environments (e.g., people's homes and within communal/public areas)
- Be in possession of a full current UK Driving licence.
