• Performing a wide range of laboratory tests and sample preparation using validated methods.

• Operating, calibrating, and maintaining lab equipment with precision.

• Recording and verifying data in LIMS - accuracy is everything!

• Working to ISO and accreditation standards, helping keep the lab audit-ready.

• Following essential health, safety, and fire procedures to maintain a safe environment.

• Cross-training across multiple lab methods and supporting during busy periods.

• Collaborating with a supportive team to meet client deadlines and operational targets.

• Contributing ideas to improve processes, turnaround times, and overall efficiency.

• A degree/diploma in chemistry, environmental science, or a related lab discipline (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.

• Someone who can work independently but thrives in a team.

• A flexible, adaptable mindset and eagerness to learn new skills.

• Solid communication and problem-solving abilities.

• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the team when needed.
