Are you passionate about science and looking for an exciting opportunity to build your laboratory career? We are recruiting for a Laboratory Analyst to join a fast paced, professional laboratory environment in Huntingdon.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with relevant qualifications or laboratory experience who is looking to gain hands on scientific experience within a supportive and highly respected team.
The RoleAs a Laboratory Analyst, you will play a key role in carrying out analytical testing and quality activities, producing accurate results that support vital operational processes. You'll work with a variety of recognised laboratory techniques while developing your technical skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Analysis of water samples using recognised laboratory techniques
- Producing accurate, high quality analytical data
- Supporting laboratory quality and testing procedures
- Following strict laboratory processes and standards
- Assisting with continuous improvement activities
- Working effectively both independently and within a team
- A genuine passion for science
- Relevant A-Levels, scientific qualifications, or equivalent experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
