Lab Manager: Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead

Refresco Bridgwater is seeking a Lab Manager to lead our on-site laboratory to the highest industry standards. You will manage a team of 10 quality analysts and oversee daily lab operations, ensuring compliant testing in line with ISO17025 based LabCRED standards.

In this permanent role, you will champion quality and continuous improvement, lead calibration and validation of equipment, manage budget and stock, and develop training plans, SOPs and data reporting for stakeholders.
