Aspire People are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join a warm and welcoming early years setting in the B45 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's development and creating a nurturing, engaging environment.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• A caring, proactive, and positive approach
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS
• Reliability and confidence working as part of a team

Your Role Will Include

• Supporting children's learning and development through play
• Assisting with daily routines and activities
• Creating a safe, stimulating environment
• Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
• Contributing to planning and observations
