Level 2 Commis Chef / Kitchen Lead: Café Ơi is a Vietnamese-inspired café in Marsden Southeast Asian inspired food. Seeking a kitchen lead for 25-30 hours/week, mainly weekends, with extra hours available. Duties include menu planning, costing, stock management, data logging and lunch/evening service.

• Good communication to work in a team
