L2 Commis Chef Apprentice

A Level 2 Commis Chef Apprentice is required to work alongside chefs and the kitchen manager. Duties include: menu planning, costing, kitchen layout, fridge and freezer daily management, data logging, lunchtime menu service and evening bar menu service. All services are done under the supervision of the kitchen manager or bar manager.

• Making sure documentation is filled in correctly on a shift basis
• Showcasing what they've learnt at college and giving advice to others
