About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Learning & Development Business Partner to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of our learning strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping how our people grow, onboard, and adapt-especially as we embrace AI and digital transformation.

You'll manage L&D programmes end-to-end, partner with stakeholders across the business, and ensure our people have the skills, tools, and mindset to thrive. From compliance to culture, onboarding to innovation-you'll be at the heart of it all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Ownership -Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and learner needs.
  • Stakeholder Partnership -Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify capability gaps, co-create solutions, and embed learning into everyday work.
  • Onboarding Excellence -Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience, ensuring new hires feel connected, confident, and equipped from day one.
  • Compliance & Mandatory Training -Ensure all regulatory and mandatory training is delivered, tracked, and reported with precision and consistency.
  • Tech-Enabled Learning -Leverage digital platforms, AI tools, and emerging technologies to modernize learning delivery and personalize development pathways.
  • Data-Driven Insights -Use learning analytics to measure impact, identify trends, and inform future strategy.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in L&D, talent development, or HR business partnering
  • Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Familiarity with learning platforms, LMS tools, and AI-driven solutions
  • Passion for continuous improvement and learner-centric design
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory training requirements
