KYC CDD Manager - Anti-Money Laundering

Location: Belfast

Bank of America is one of the world's leading financial institutions, offering employees opportunities to grow and contribute to global anti money laundering operations. We are opening a new office in Belfast and are seeking an experienced manager to lead our KYC Client Due Diligence (CDD) team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Refresh analysts in completing end to end AML KYC refreshes for Global Markets and Global Corporate & Investment Banking clients.
  • Ensure all AML KYC/CDD activities are performed in accordance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate with sales and client outreach teams to obtain and validate documentation required for refresh cycles.
  • Review client documentation, vendor databases and proprietary system entries to confirm completeness and compliance.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and quality assurance checks.
  • Maintain efficient team performance through regular meetings, 1:1s and performance reviews.
  • Coach, develop and retain talent within the team.
  • Promote diversity and a culture of mutual respect across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Proven AML KYC/CDD experience in a process oriented production environment.
  • Strong ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Experience leading operational teams and coaching individuals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
