KS2 Year 4 Teacher - Creative, Impactful Class Leader

Pay - M1 - M6 Scale (Depending on skill and experience)

Full time, term time only

An ambitious and forward-thinking primary school is looking to appoint a motivated Year 4 Teacher to join their Key Stage 2 team.

This role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about developing independence, curiosity, and resilience in learners. The school places a strong emphasis on creative teaching approaches and cross-curricular learning, ensuring lessons are both engaging and meaningful.

You will be joining a supportive staff team with a shared commitment to high standards and continuous improvement. The leadership team is approachable and committed to providing ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum

• Support pupils in developing core skills in reading, writing, and maths

• Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and learning

• Contribute to the wider school community and enrichment opportunities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2

• QTS (Essential)

• Full Time availability

• Be confident in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum

• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills

• Be committed to raising attainment and supporting all learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
