Summary We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Pendle from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the educational journey of pupils while working as part of a committed and friendly team.
Position Details- Role: KS2 Teaching Assistant (TA2 or TA3)
- Location: Pendle, Lancashire
- Start Date: September 2026
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 3:30pm
- Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 2 classes.
- Work with individuals and small groups to support pupil progress.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement.
- Has previous experience working within a primary school setting.
- Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is motivated, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Has a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
