KS2 Teaching Assistant

KS2 Teaching Assistant role at Stockport, full-time, long-term, immediate start. Support pupils across Key Stage 2 in a welcoming primary school with a strong community ethos.

• Support pupils' academic progress in KS2 and deliver targeted interventions.
• Work closely with class teachers to implement lessons and learning activities.
• Help create a positive, engaging learning environment and support positive behaviour management.

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential).
• Recent experience supporting pupils in Key Stage 2.
• Good understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and reliable approach to supporting teaching and learning.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
