A very exciting opportunity at a Primary School based in the Grays area has just arisen, to begin in September 2026. This is a friendly, welcoming Primary school with a fantastic team of experienced and supportive members of staff. The primary school are searching for a KS2 Teacher to join them in the new academic year.
This wonderful school is two form entry meaning that the successful KS2 teacher will be working alongside their co teacher for planning and preparation. As an ECT, you will be assigned a mentor who will offer ongoing support throughout the year. If you are a more experienced teacher, there are some opportunities for progression within the school and the Head Teacher is keen to meet ambitious individuals.
This Primary school pride themselves on developing excellence within their students academically promoting independent and well rounded learning. They also have a focus on well being across the school. The Head Teacher has highlighted the excellent support they have in place for ECTs and would be happy to discuss this with you.

Planning for lessons will be shared between the class teachers to combine ideas and reduce workload. The Head Teacher allows all teachers to have creative freedom with their lessons. The teacher appointed will be expected to offer engaging and forward thinking lessons with the help of their teaching assistant in class.
The KS2 Teacher will be carefully selected and should hold specialist subject interests, intellect and ambition to develop as a teacher.
