KS2 Teacher - Full Time Primary School Romford

A welcoming and well-established Primary school in Romford is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September.

About the Role

As a KS2 Teacher , you will take responsibility for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum. You will be working with motivated pupils at an important stage in their learning journey, helping them build confidence, independence, and strong academic foundations.

The school is looking for a teacher who can bring energy, creativity, and structure to the classroom while maintaining a calm and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging KS2 lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Supporting pupils' academic progress, wellbeing, and personal development
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-structured classroom environment
• Assessing, tracking, and reporting on pupil progress
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
• Contributing to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A confident, enthusiastic, and adaptable teaching style
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A genuine passion for primary education and pupil development
