KS2 1:1 ASD Support Assistant - Empower Learning

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a KS2 Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD in a welcoming primary school in Chelmsford. You will assist with both academic tasks and pastoral care, helping the child access learning and build confidence within the classroom.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting children with ASD, a background in primary education, and a solid understanding of SEND and inclusive practices.
