Monarch Education are looking for an enthusiastic KS1 Specialist to join our friendly network of Faringdon primary schools. If you're passionate about creating inspiring learning experiences for children in Years 1 and 2 and want flexible, rewarding work close to home, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a KS1 Subject/Classroom Specialist, you will:

• Teach and support KS1 pupils across local primary schools
• Deliver engaging lessons across core subjects
• Support learning, behaviour and progress within a warm, structured environment
• Bring energy, patience, and passion to every classroom you step into
• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff

This role is suited to both experienced teachers and strong ECTs who are confident in leading a KS1 classroom.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
• A positive, nurturing approach with excellent communication skills
• Reliability and adaptability
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
