The Role - KS1 Primary ECT
As a KS1 Primary ECT, you will:

• Deliver the KS1 curriculum with creativity, ensuring pupils master core skills in literacy, maths, and science
• Prepare Year 1/2 pupils for transition milestones, fostering independence and resilience
• Uphold high expectations for behaviour, progress, and engagement in line with the school's Outstanding standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to design inspiring lessons and contribute to the school's vibrant community.

We're Looking For:
• A qualified ECT (QTS) passionate about KS1 education
• Deep understanding of Year 1/2 curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Commitment to inclusive teaching and pupil wellbeing
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude.
