KPI-Driven Store Ops & People Leader

Sainsbury's in Dungannon, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Customer & Trading Manager to help run the store with a small leadership team. You'll take day-to-day responsibility and may be the sole manager on duty, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

You'll coach colleagues, drive performance against KPIs, manage disciplinary matters, scheduling and pay, and sometimes support nearby stores within our network.
