Knowledge Networks & Innovation Lead

At Sisk Group, the Knowledge Manager (Communities & Innovation) will lead knowledge-sharing frameworks across the business, connecting teams, disciplines and regions to accelerate learning and reduce duplication.

You'll develop and execute strategies for Communities of Practice, manage knowledge-sharing networks and events, and coordinate the Irish R&D Tax Credit process with internal teams and external consultants, driving innovation capture and visible expertise.
