Knowledge Management Lead/BMS Architect

Are you a Knowledge Management Lead/BMS Architect?

I need a Knowledge management lead to design and implement a Business Management System (BMS) from the ground up.

This is a greenfield role-you won't be maintaining an existing system. You'll define how knowledge, policy, standards, and controlled documentation are structured and governed across a complex, safety-critical environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and build the CES+ Business Management System
• Define document architecture, standards, and governance frameworks
• Establish processes for creation, review, approval, and change control
• Act as the subject matter authority on BMS and knowledge management
• Own and continuously improve the system post-implementation
• This is a hands-on role, balancing strategy with delivery in a small, agile team.

What I am Looking For;

• Experience building or transforming a BMS/IMS/QMS (or similar)
• Strong understanding of governance, policy, and document life cycle
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

Desirable:
Experience in regulated environments, and knowledge of Process Safety Management.

What This Role Isn't

• Not a document control/admin role
• Not suited to those who've only worked in mature systems
