We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Knowledge Management Advisor and Content Creator to join our Change Management and Employee Communications Team in the People & Culture function.

Aufgaben
This role is perfect for you if you enjoy organizing and structuring information, want to play a key role in how the People & Culture function supports Dynatracers and the business, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll be working closely with a team of communication and knowledge management experts to support various internal projects and initiatives and will be a partner for all departments in People & Culture for knowledge creation and maintenance.
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the effective creation, distribution, and utilization of HR-related knowledge for various internal audiences. It plays a crucial part in maintaining the knowledge repository, supporting enablement initiatives, and fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the People & Culture (P&C) team.
- Knowledge Management Support:
- Provide administrative support for knowledge management, ensuring effective creation, distribution, and use of HR-related knowledge for various internal audiences.
- Assist in maintaining the function's knowledge repository, ensuring easy access to information and supporting the review and approval process for all articles.
- Support the development and delivery of enablement initiatives and assets to enhance knowledge management skills within the People & Culture team.
- Collaborate with other P&C departments to implement technology solutions that support efficient knowledge management practices.
- Foster a culture of collaborative workflows and knowledge sharing across countries and project teams to exchange best practices, enhance collaboration, and solve problems together.
- Measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging content for internal initiatives and communication formats, supporting the employee communications team.
- Help facilitate awareness and enablement sessions for various P&C initiatives, ensuring a good experience for the respective audience.
- Source, confirm, and publish various content pieces, coordinating the entire process.
Profil
- You're a strong collaborator, communicator, and team player able to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- You're eager and open to learn and develop as part of a larger team in a new domain, while having a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- You have high proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- You have a bachelor's degree in communications, business, employer branding, or marketing and an affinity for HR.
- Knowledge on how to capture and share the knowledge is a plus
- You enjoy creating high-quality content and have strong attention to detail
