Job Description
Knowledge and Development Lawyer English Real Estate

Are you an experienced English commercial real estate lawyer with a passion for sharing knowledge, developing others, and helping a high-performing team stay ahead? We're looking for a Knowledge & Development Lawyer to join our market-leading English Real Estate team. This senior, influential role offers the opportunity to shape how legal knowledge is captured, shared, and applied across the practice, helping our lawyers deliver exceptional service on complex and high-value real estate matters. Working closely with the English Real Estate partners, fee earners, and fellow Knowledge & Development Lawyers, you'll combine first-class technical expertise with strategic thinking, collaboration and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and innovation. Using your expertise, you'll lead training across the team, keep lawyers informed of key legal and market developments, and provide guidance on complex queries. You'll also create and maintain practical knowledge resources, promote knowledge sharing and explore new technology to enhance client service and help keep the practice ahead.

You'll bring first-class knowledge of a broad range of English commercial real estate law, together with at least 8 years' post-qualification experience and a strong understanding of both legal practice and the client perspective. You may already be working in a knowledge role, or you could be an experienced transactional lawyer looking to use your expertise in a different way. We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently. You'll be able to drive initiatives, embrace improvement and change, and build strong relationships across the team. You'll also be an engaging communicator who is confident presenting to groups and enjoys helping others learn and succeed.

The team has a strong reputation in the market and is made up of talented, supportive people who value collaboration and building strong relationships. We're committed to creating an environment where people can develop and thrive.

  • a range of health & wellbeing initiatives that take a holistic approach to supporting colleagues

We set the bar high. Our clients and people love that.
