Knife Station Technician - Milling, Sharpening & Quality

OCS UK & Ireland is hiring a CKS Operator at Wissington, Norfolk, to support the knife preparation and quality control processes on the CKS plant. You will operate knife cleaning, milling and sharpening machines, monitor quality parameters, and ensure safety standards during campaigns.

You will be responsible for data capture in FTR, routine adjustments, and timely fault escalation. The role requires close working with slicer operators and beet end technicians to meet quality targets.
