Kitchen Team Leader: Train & Elevate the Menu

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in Worcester is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

You will train and inspire Chefs, work to smash targets, assist with food ordering and stock control, and ensure adherence to health and hygiene standards while delivering memorable guest experiences.
