Kitchen Team Leader: Lead Service & Grow Your Chef Career

Premier Inn Taunton East is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive daily operations in our busy kitchen. You'll manage rotas, place orders, lead the team through busy services and ensure top quality and audit-ready standards.

Working with the Hotel Manager, you'll own the kitchen from food quality to hygiene, develop staff and prepare eggs, breakfasts and pub classics to spec. This hands-on leadership role is a stepping stone toward Head Chef as you grow your career with Whitbread.
