Kitchen Team Leader: Lead, Mentor & Craft Exceptional Dishes

Slug & Lettuce Lincoln is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader or experienced Kitchen Team Member ready to step up. You will coach and mentor the team, maintain high food knowledge and hygiene standards, and ensure COSHH, Food Safety and health & safety knowledge stay current.

You will support the Kitchen Manager, supervise in their absence, assist with stock and ordering, keep the kitchen clean, and contribute ideas to improve performance and help the brigade hit targets.
