Kitchen Team Leader: Lead & Elevate Pub Kitchen

Stonegate Group is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Windsor pub in London. You will support, coach and mentor the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality dishes and a clean, compliant kitchen environment. The role includes stock management, ordering and assisting the Kitchen Manager to drive performance.

You will be expected to lead by example, develop your team, and help push the brigade forward while delivering great pub grub and a first-class guest experience.
