Job Description
Nightingale, part of Vintage Inns, is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train the kitchen team, manage a branded menu, and ensure high levels of food quality and guest satisfaction.
You will be involved in food preparation, stock control and health and hygiene compliance while delivering great hospitality and supporting overall kitchen targets.
