Kitchen Team Leader - Path to Head Chef with Training

Premier Inn Preston East is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day-to-day, manage rotas, place orders, lead the team through busy services and maintain audit readiness.

You'll work with the Hotel Manager to own food quality, hygiene, and costs, and you'll develop your leadership to progress toward Head Chef.
